Old Colony Emergency Education is an accredited training institute in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. We provide EMT-Basic level courses, EMT refreshers, continuing education as well as CPR/AED, First Aid and First Responder Training.  OCEE was founded by Donald Gazerro who brings over 20 years of education expereince in Emergency Prepardnes, EMT, Hazmat, Mass casualilty incidents, terrorism, and much more.





Lt. Donald Gazerro, Paramedic, IC (President, Instructor Coordinator)

Don has been an EMT in the state of Massachusetts since 1995.  Don has been teaching EMS for over 20 years, starting as a practical instructor in 1995 and moving on to teach CPR, First Aid and First Responder, as well as refresher training.  Don received state certification as an Instructor Coordinator in 2000, Prior to opening OCEE Don joined with Emergency Medical Services Associates as an instructor Coordinator and in 2009 Don became a partner in the company.. Don has been a paramedic since 2004.  Don currently works full time as a Lieutenant for the Brockton Fire Department and was the EMS/Preparedness Training Coordinator for the city of Brockton for 14 years. Don has also worked as a Preparedness Consultant for both Caritas Good Samaritan Medical Center and Brockton Hospital. Don is also a State Practical Skills Examiner




Brandon Quaranto, Paramedic, IC (Instructor Coordinator and Lead Practical Instructor)

Brandon has been an EMT in the state of Massachusetts since 2000 and became a Nationally Registered Paramedic in 2004. Brandon has been teaching in the EMS field for over 10 years. Prior to working for OCEE Brandon worked with Emergency Medical Services Associates as a Lead Practical Instructor since 2004.  Brandon is also a certified Emergency Medical Dispatcher.
